Steps

Cook the soaked black gram in pressure cooker for 30 minutes on low to medium flame.

Take a wok, add oil in it.

Add the jeera and coriander seeds in it and let it splutter.

Now add the chopped onions in it and let it get browned in color.

Add all the spices,saute it and add the ginger garlic paste in it, mix it well.

Add the chopped tomatoes and let it cook for 3-4 minutes or till the oil start separating from it.

After that add the cooked black gram. Cook it for 10-15 minutes.

Sprinkle some coriander leaves.
