Cooking Instructions

First, mix the eggs and sugar until dissolved using a mixer.

Second, add 6 tablespoons of pandan leaf juice into the coconut milk, stir until well blended.

Then, add the coconut milk and pandan leaf juice mixture to the eggs and sugar mixture.

Next, add enough green food coloring, stir until blended. Then, put it in the mold.

After that, steam for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, remove and cool.
- 6
Finally, Srikaya is ready to serve.
