Ingredients

20-25 minutes
2-3 people
  • 1 cupsabudaana soaked
  • 3 cupmilk
  • 2small elaichi
  • 1/2 cupmixed dry fruits
  • 2 tbspchirongi
  • As neededKesar threads
  • to tasteSugar

Steps

20-25 minutes
  1. 1

    In a Kadhai add milk let it boil and then add sabudaana to it.

  2. 2

    Now add elaichi, dry fruits and other ingredients and let it thick

  3. 3

    Add kesar threads soaked in milk.

  4. 4

    Once sabudaana is done your kheer is prepared.

  5. 5

    Garnish with dry fruits and either serve it hot or cold.
