Rava sooji Dhokla
It's very easy &healthy.My daughter love this.
Steps

In a pan take a rava, curd, gingerchilli paste, salt and mix it well.

Rest it for 30 minutes.

Grease a plate with oil.

After 30 minutes add water as required mix well like idli batter consistency.

Add eno and mix gently. Pat twice. Tranfer into greased plate.sprinkle some kashmiri red chilli powder on it. Steam immediately.

Steam it for 12 to 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes take it out & rest it for cool.

Now cut it with knife and serve hot with chutney.
