Ingredients

1 cupFinger millet powder
1/2 cuproasted peanut powder
chopped onion slices 1 cup
Chopped coriander, chopped Mint, red chili powder, salt, pinch of baking powder, fennel seeds 1 teaspoon

Steps

Mix all ingredients by sprinkling water and make a dough and then keep kneading the dough for 10 mins with your palm.

Heat the oil and make pakora.

Tip: when it is warm/hot the pakoras are crisper and when it becomes cold it is softer.
