1 tspgarlic paste

Take a boiled potato and cut little pieces, then take a oil in pan and heat for 10 min.

Then add boiled potato, paste and salt as per taste.

Then mix this all ingredients well and spread some coriander in this potato.

Now our Bhungla bateka is ready.
