Separate egg yolks and egg whites.Beat the egg yolk and keep it aside. Prepare sugar syrup boil water and sugar ina wide pan till it reaches one string consistency.Add a teaspoon of egg white in to this sugar syrup and mix it nicely. This allow clearing the sugar syrup and removing the dirt in sugar.

Take a disspossible glass or bowl make a holes it's bottom. Pour egg yolks in to the glass. Increase the flame of the syrup to high. Pour egg yolk into the glass rotate in circular motion untill all yolk.

Increase the flame of the syrup to high repeat the procedure untill all the yolks are used up.Take egg whites in a bowl add vanilla essence.Add remaining sugar syrup in room temperature add milk powder in to it mix it and pour ina blender blend it well.Get ready with your steamer.

In glass is used up. Allow to boil for a few seconds.Then reduce the flame sprinkle some water and strain the garlands out of the syrup. Take it in to a plate immediately spread out a little without breaking the garlands.

Pour this into a circular dish and steam for 20 to 30 minutes.Now our mutta surka is ready allow it to cool and remold it.Cut into desired shape.Now our mutta mala and mutta surkka is ready to serve.
