Ingredients

  • For Masala filling:
  • 1/2 kg Potato
  • 250 gmGreen Peas
  • 100 gmCrushed Roasted Peanut
  • 1 SpoonRed Chilli Powder
  • 1 SpoonCoriander Powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 SpoonCumin Powder
  • 1 SpoonDry Mango Powder
  • 1/2 tspBlack Salt
  • 1 pinchAstefotida
  • 1 SpoonCumin Seeds
  • 1 SpoonCrushed Coriander
  • 1 SpoonFennel Seeds
  • 1 SpoonMustard Seeds
  • 2 SpoonChopped Ginger
  • 1 SpoonGaram Masala
  • 1 SpoonChopped fresh Green Chillies
  • For Dough:
  • 500 gmAll-purpose flour
  • 1/2 SpoonSalt
  • As neededOil for Cooking and for Mixing Dough
  • 1 SpoonCarom Seeds
  • 1 SpoonKalaunji

Steps

  1. 1

    For Masala filling: Take half kg Boiled Potatoes mash it and keep aside then Take a Kadhai add oil and 4 Spoon and heat for 2 min.

    Then add a pinch Astefotida, 1 Spoon Cumin Seeds,1 Spoon Mustard Seeds,1 Spoon Crushed Coriander Seeds,1 Spoon fennel Seeds Chopped Ginger, Chopped Green Chillies heat for 2 min then add all Masala 1 Spoon Red Chilli Powder,1 Spoon Dry Mango Powder 1 Spoon,1 Spoon Cumin Powder,1 Spoon Coriander Powder,1 Spoon Garam Masala Powder Salt as per taste mix well Lastly add Green Peas and Crushed Roasted Peanut mix well and cook for 5 min

    Lastly add mashed boiled Potatoes mix well and cook for 5 min.your Masala filling is Ready

    Dough: Take a Container add All-purpose flour or Maida half kg ghee or oil for soften the flour 1 Cup,add 1 Spoon Carom Seeds,1 Spoon Kalaunji,Salt to taste add water as per required knead it and make a Soft Dough and keep aside.

    Now take a small pieces of Dough,Roll it in a puri shape cut into half then take a half piece fill the masala and paste with the help of water and make samosa of all dough.

    On medium to low flame fry all the Samosas to the golden colour and make it Crispy.

    After making all the Samosas Serve it hot to the Plater with any Chutney or Sauce.your Delicious SAMOSA is Ready to Enjoy 😋😍
