Steps

Make a soft dough by adding little amount of water in wheat flour.

Mash boiled Potatoes and add onions and other spices and mix it well.

Now take a small ball of dough and roll it little and stuff with potato, and then close at tip and roll it again vry smoothly.

Now cook it on tawa and grease it with little oil.and cook it well on both the sides.

Now aaloo paratha is ready to serve hot with butter or curd.
