Hakka noodles is a popular Indo Chinese dish. It is one of the Indian popular street food. Very delicious and tasty.
Steps

Heat the water in a large pan. Add salt and oil. Bring it to boil. Once the water comes to boil add hakka noodles. Boil for 2 to 3 minutes.

Drain off the water from the noodles and pour cold water.
Drizzle 1 tsp oil in the noodles and mix gently. Keep aside. - 3
Now heat the 4 tbs oil in a large pan on medium flame. Add onion slices, ginger and garlic. Sauté on high flame.

Add carrot,green, red and yellow capsicum, corn and cabbage. Stir fry on high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.

Then add soy sauce, chilli garlic sauce, Vinegar, tomato sauce, black pepper and salt. Stir and fry well.

Add boiled noodles and mix well. Toss and mix the noodles for 3 to 4 minutes or till it completely cooked.

Veg hakka noodles is ready to serve.
