2tomato
2 tbspstarch
1egg
1/2 tspsalt
1/4 tspwhite pepper
1 teaspoonsesame oil
Some coriander

Steps

Cut tomato into small pieces

Pour tomato into boiling water

After boiling again, turn to low heat and simmer for 3 minutes

Mix starch with a little bit water (don’t add all starch in one-go, leave a little bit to see if required to add all)

When bubbles start forming, pour egg
6

Add salt, pepper, sesame (add more to adjust to taste)
7

Add coriander
