Wash potatoes in their jacket without peeling.

Cut into slice and soaked dem in water for 10 mints.wash and strain.using kitchen towel remove d excess water.

Put pan onto heat and pour in some oil and butter not too much oil let it not cover d potatoes.when it’s hot add salt to the potatoes and mix.pour in potatoes in the butter oil and let it fry.

Toss in garlic and when one part it’s cook turn d other side until we’ll fried.Transfer to a colander to strain excess oil add chopped onion or fresh oregano and mix again.serve hot.
