Steps

In a large mixing bowl take curd and gram flour and spices to it. Mix well with a wisher. Now add Water mix it again lumps free.

Now strain the mixture in a bowl or vessel in which we can cook.I have used rice cooker. Keep it on cook mode and continually, we can see thick paste of besan formed without any lumps.

Take a spatula of besan paste and spread immediately over the plate or on the kitchen platform do not grease the plate with oil as it will be difficult to spread.

Now, cut into 2 inch size.and roll tight making sure there are no cracks forming on khandvi.Now prepare tempering and pour it over the khandvi.
