Rice Roti - (Pathiri)

Pathiri is famous in Kerala and I was thinking it is from Kerala. Then I saw Ruchika Patel's recipe on Cookpad as Tandlcha chi Bhakhari so I thought it to make this.
Rice Roti - (Pathiri)
Pathiri is famous in Kerala and I was thinking it is from Kerala. Then I saw Ruchika Patel's recipe on Cookpad as Tandlcha chi Bhakhari so I thought it to make this.
Steps
- 1
Take 2 cups water in a pan. Add oil & salt into it.
- 2
Boil water properly. Add rice flour into it, mix it well & cover it for 5 to 10 minutes.
- 3
Take some water and make a dough. Knead the dough until it becomes soft. You can use little bit oil if you wish while kneading dough.
- 4
Now divide the dough into equal portions Shape it, dust it with rice flour & roll it.
- 5
Take a tawa. Once tawa is hot. Cook Pathiri on both sides. I couldn't make thin.
- 6
Serve with curry.
