Ingredients

30 minutes
2 people
  • 100 gmsabudana
  • 2boiled potatoes
  • 1finely chopped onion
  • 1finely chopped green chilli
  • as requiredOil for deep frying
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonroasted cumin seeds powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonamchur powder
  • as per tasteSalt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak sabudana for 3 hours (water should be to the level of sabudana)

  2. 2

    Mash the potatoes..

  3. 3

    Mix mashed potatoes with the sabudana.

  4. 4

    Add onion, green chilli and all the spices.. and mix them well.

  5. 5

    Make small round tikki with the batter and keep them aside.

  6. 6

    Heat oil in the pan.

  7. 7

    Now deep fry the tikki and serve them hot with ketchup
