Ingredients

3 people
  • 6potatoes boil & mashed
  • 2 tspGinger chilli paste
  • 2 tbsppeanut powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 3 tspCornflour
  • Aa neededOil for frying
  • 1 tsplemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add mashed potatoes, ginger chilli paste, salt, peanut powder, lemon juice and mix all well. Make a dough.

    Now make balls from dough. Cover it with aara laut or cornflour.

    Heat oil in a pan and fry all petis till golden colour.

    Serves hot with chutney or o🍅sauce. 😊
