1.1 poundsground pork shoulder
Onion, garlic, seasoning, oyster sauce, caramel sauce

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Marinate the meat with a bit of seasoning, oyster sauce, and caramel sauce. Let it sit overnight.

Grill until golden and cooked through.

Mix fish sauce with sugar and lime juice to taste. Add pickled carrots and green papaya, and enjoy!
