Steps

Drain water from sago completely and take in a bowl.

Mash the potato and put inthe bowl.

Add all spices,chopped leaves,chopped green chilli and rock salt.

Mix them all to combine well.Make even sized 4 tikkies.

Heat oil and deep fry vadas on medium flame.

Serve with chutney of your choice.
