Ingredients

20 minutes
2 persons
  1. 1/2 cupsago
  2. 1/2 cupboiled and mashed potato
  3. 1 tsprock salt
  4. 1chopped green chilli
  5. 1 tbsplemon juice
  6. 2-3chopped curry leaves
  7. 1/2tsp black pepper powder
  8. 1 tspcumin powder(optional,if you do'nt take in fast,avoid it)
  9. 1 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  10. 2-3chopped curry leaves
  11. 200 mloil for frying

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Drain water from sago completely and take in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Mash the potato and put inthe bowl.

    Add all spices,chopped leaves,chopped green chilli and rock salt.

    Mix them all to combine well.Make even sized 4 tikkies.

    Heat oil and deep fry vadas on medium flame.

  6. 6

    Serve with chutney of your choice.
