Wash your omena in hot water twice and drain

In a pan fry the omena in a tablespoon of oil till dry, stir constantly so they don't burn. Remove from heat and set aside

Fry onions in the same pan for a min. Add tomatoes and fry till tender and almost dry. Add salt and stir
- 4
Add capsicum and the omena. Fry for a minute
- 5
Add the cream and cook for two minutes. Serve hot with ugali and veggies
