Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupsoaked sabudaana (2 hr)
  • 1 ltrmilk
  • sugar as per taste
  • 6-7 threadkesar
  • Aa neededsome dry rose petals orr chopped almonds

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the milk add sugar and sabudaana and stir it continuesly and cook it till it gets thickens and sabudaana gets transparent.

    Now add kesar(add 1 tbsp milk for 5 min). Mix it well.

    Your kheer is ready to serve. Serve it chilled or hot, garnish with petals or dry fruits.
