Now put soaked dal in cooker & add turmeric & salt & give 5-6 whistle.

Now after 5-6 whistle open the cooker & cook on medium flame & mash it with a masher.

Now take a kadhai, heat the Kadai add ghee once it heats up, add jeera, hing & ginger garlic paste once it cooked add tomato purée & cook until it releases oil.

Now add red chilli powder, garam masala & coriander powder & cooked it well then add to dal & cooked it for 20-25 minutes.

Make it a consistency & add Kasuri meethi & salt according to taste & cook it for another 20 mins.

Add butter & stir it & then add cream & cook it for 15 mins then serve it with rice, naan, tandoori roti.
