First boil potatoes and mashed it.

Take one pan put 2 tbsp oil. When oil heat put some cumin seed, green chilli, turmic powder, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, amchur powder and salt saute it for 1 minute then mix mashed potatoes properly and saute it some time then off the gas flame. sprinkles some chopped coriander leaves.

Knead the flour to get soft dough. Take small portion of dough and fill the stuffing of potatoes and roll it.

Take one tawa on the gas and put paratha on it cook the paratha to golden brown both the side adding oil /ghee.

Finally serve hot aloo paratha with curd, butter, pickle or ketchup.
