Ingredients

3-4 servings
  • 1 c.Sugar
  • 1c.water
  • 1egg
  • 2 c.Flour
  • 1 c.Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp.Baking soda
  • 1 tsp.Vanilla extract
  • 5 tbsp.Cocoa powder

Steps

30 min.
  1. 1

    Cream sugar and mayonnaise

  2. 2

    Add egg and vanilla extract. Dissolve the cocoa powder in water and add to the first mixture.

  3. 3

    Sift flour and cocoa powder together and stir into the batter.Then pour into a greased 13×9×2inch baking dish and bake at 360 degrees for 30 min. Until a skewer is inserted into the center of the cake and comes out clean.
