Chocolate Diyas

Firstly take cocoa powder add 2-3tbsp plain milk. Mix well without lumps and keep aside.

In a pan put ghee, milk and milk powder. Make a smooth paste. Stirring continuously cook this mixture on the medium flame for 2-3minutes till it leaves sides.

Take 1tbsp of this mix and keep it aside. This white part will be used for making wicks. Now add the cocoa powder mix and mix well.

Switch off the flame and transfer to a plate. Let it cool then add powdered sugar and mix well.

Apply ghee on mixture and knead this dough for 3 -4 minutes so that it turns glossy.

Take a small portion,roll it like a ball and then give it the shape of diya.

Make wicks with the white dough. Take very little dough and rub between palms to make wicks. Place it on diyas. And it's ready.
