Slice the beef into thin strips, then marinate in vinegar for 1 hour.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet, add the beef strips, and sauté until the beef is lightly cooked and changes color.

Add the salt, black pepper, mixed spices, and cardamom. Mix well.

Reduce the heat to low and cook until the liquid evaporates and the beef is fully cooked.

Slice the onion into rings and mix with the sumac. Slice the tomato into thin strips.

Serve the beef shawarma with the onion, tomato, tahini sauce, and bread, or as desired.
