  • 1rectangular pizza dough
  • 1onion
  • 1 packagebacon pieces
  • 3/4 cupheavy cream (about 200 ml)

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 480°F (250°C).

  2. 2

    Spread the dough out on a baking sheet. Cover with the heavy cream.

  3. 3

    Add the bacon pieces and the onion, thinly sliced.

  4. 4

    Optionally, sprinkle with shredded Swiss cheese.

  5. 5

    Bake for 5 to 10 minutes.
