Pumpkin Bora

Peel off the pumpkin and cut into thin slices.

Add salt,turmeric powder to it.

In a bowl take gram flour,salt,turmeric powder, red chilli powder, black cumin, baking soda and mix them well.

Add water to it and make a batter.

Take adequate amount of mustard oil in a kadai. Heat it well.

Take one slice of pumpkin and coat it with the batter. Put it in the oil.

Deep fry both sides.

Serve it hot.
