Amla Chutney
Steps

Clean the amla and cut into pieces.

Take mustard oil in a kadai and heat it.

Add mustard seed, fenugreek seed,hing.
- 4
Add red chilli,green chilli.
- 5
Add amla, turmeric powder,salt,karipata.
- 6
Mix well and cook till the amla becomes soft. Turn the gas off.

When it becomes cool...pour it into a mixer jar. Add coriander leaves.

Make a paste...not very smooth. Now it is ready to serve.
