First, place the all-purpose flour in a large mixing bowl. Add the salt, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar, and mix well.

Add the yogurt and oil, and mix to combine.

Add the water and knead to form a dough. Rub a little oil on your hands and knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 2 hours. After resting, dust the dough with a little flour and roll it out into a thick flatbread.

Brush one side of the dough with water and sprinkle chopped cilantro on the other side. Heat a skillet and place the naan on the skillet with the water-brushed side down.

Flip the skillet upside down over the flame to cook the naan, then serve hot, brushed with butter.
