Heat oil in a wok, sauté garlic.till golden and crispy

Add onion slice cook for 2 minutes

Add zeera cook for 2-3 minutes

Now add potatoes small cubes. tomatoes green chillies

And add all spices (salt, turmeric)and Sautee on high flame then add water 1/4 cup and cover lid until potatoes cooked well.,

Now add meethi then serves with roti or rice.
