Steps
- 1
Chop up a same amount of sour krout as there is sausage. I used this much for 1kg of łazanki:
- 2
Add the sour krout with the mushrooms into a pot and boil for 15 minutes
- 3
Drain left over water from the pot and set it to one side
- 4
Finely dice the sausages into pieces
- 5
Add some oil into a pan, and sauté the sausage until it browns a little
- 6
Add the mushrooms and sour krout into the pan with the sausage and stir for about 2 mins
- 7
Get a big pot, and boil the pasta until cooked (it is ever so slightly bit chewy when done)
- 8
Add the mishroom, sour krout, and sausage mixture into the pasta and mix through with a spoon
- 9
Season with sweet red paprika, black pepper, and salt. Then mix through thoroughly.
