In a pan dry roast almonds, for 3-5 minutes on a medium-low flame, once it cools down grind it coarsely in a mixer after 5 minutes.

In a pan add butter, and chocolate, let it melt on a medium flame.

Then add milkmaid, mix properly, keep stirring for 30 seconds.

Now add almond powder and mix. Cook for only 30 seconds. Do not overcook, otherwise it might become too dry.
