Roll the balls in the bread crumbs. Deep fry the balls first.

Coat the body in bread crumbs and deep fry

Put the black pepper as eyes and the cinnamon stick as beak on the balls. Making it the head.

Make a depression on the body and place the head on it. Your duck is ready. Serve with tomato sauce.

Another alternative is make the balls, make the body, place head on body then fry all together. Just be extra careful.
