All time favorites, aloo bhajis and kanda bhajis, with spicy tangy chutney.
Steps

Wash, peel, and slice the potatoes/aloos. Make a batter of besan. Add the ingredients to make the batter. Keep it aside.

Now slice the onions, add the ingredients, and besan. Add very little water to it.

Now in a kadai, heat oil. Deep fry the Kanda bhajis till golden brown and crispy. Remove it and drain the excess oil.

Now take the potatoes slices, dip in the batter, and deep fry in batches till done. Remove it and keep it on paper/tissue paper to remove the excess oil.

Serve hot bhajiya's with spicy tangy coriander chutney.
