Take a bowl add yellow dal then wash it for 2-3 times.

After that take a cooker on flame add water, dal, salt, turmeric powder and cover it.

Wait for 5 whistles. Then ready tadka for dal. Take a kadai add oil, cumin seeds, green chili, tomato, onion, and add masala and mix well.

After ready tadka add into the dal.

Now yellow dal is ready to serve. Garnish with coriander leaves.
