Ingredients

  • 1 packetmushroom
  • 100 gmspaneer
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 1 inchginger finely chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tspchat masala powder
  • as neededOil for cooking

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash mushroom properly and dry on cloth remove stick from bottom.

    In a big bowl grate paneer mix chopped tomato,onion,green chilli,ginger chopped and spices

    Fill this filling in hollow mushroom. Place appe maker on gas when hot apply oil and place all stuffed mushrooms cook from both sides

    Remove on plate and serve hot
