Steps

Boil the speghatti and keep aside.

Chop the onions,green chillies,garlic and carrot.

Now to make a low fat mayyonaise take cashews and soak it in warm water for 10 mnts.

After 10 mnts take these soaked cashews in a mixi jar,add 2 pods of garlic,1/4 t.spoon of salt,1/4 t spoon of sugar 1/2 lemon juice,black pepper powder and 1 spoon of apple cider vinegar. Grind it with milk to make a thick mayyonaise paste.Now your without oil mayyonnaise is ready.

Now add 1 spoon of olive oil to a pan and heat it.Add chopped garlic and green chillies and saute.Now add chopped onions, capsicum and carrots.(One can add more vegitable as per ones choice).Add salt.

Now after the veggies are done until a crunch is left add boiled spaghetti.Saute it now add mayyonnaise and herbs and chilli flakes.

Give it a nice toss and mix.And now your no oil mayyonnaise with wheat spaghetti is ready to enjoy.
