Get your ingredients. Cut to size.

Heat a sauce pan. Add water, garlic ginger chilli, onions, celery, cumin seeds and cover to boil for 2 minutes.

Add in the carrots, tomatoes and french beans. Cool for a minute. Then add in the oats, capsicum, tumeric, garam and salt. Cover for another 2 minutes.

Serve hot and enjoy 😋😋
