to taste salt
As neededoil
1/3 tspcumin seeds
As neededwater
1/3 tspturmeric powder
1 glassrice
1 cuptuvar dal

Steps

Take a cooker heat the ghee. Add cumin seeds and saute it.

Now add rice,daal, salT,turmeric powder add mix well.

Wait for 3-4 whistles for ready khichdi.

Now khichdi is ready to eat. Serve it with curd.
