Ingredients

  1. 3 cdry pasta, like macaroni or shells
  2. 1 lbground beef
  3. 1/2an onion, chopped
  4. Kale or broccoli to taste, cooked and chopped
  5. 3 (10 oz)cans tomato soup (to taste)
  6. 2 cshredded jack/cheddar cheese
  7. 1 cshredded mozzarella
  8. 1/2 cwater
  9. Garlic, salt & pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Cook and drain pasta according the package instructions.

    Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking dish

    In a large pot, cook meat, onion, garlic, salt & pepper until meat is browned.

    Add the cooked pasta, kale/broccoli, tomato soup, half cup of water, and half of cheese to pot with beef and onion. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.

    Pour the mixture into your greased dish and top with the remaining cheese.

    Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

I made this last night and it was delicious! Simple too! Except for clean up. Next time I will add the cheese as I put it in the casserole dish. Adding the cheese to the cooking pan just made a mess. The cheese was a pain to clean off the pot.
Also, I only had one can of soup on hand, so that’s all I used. It was still excellent!
