  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1egg
  • 3 tablespoonsugar
  • 1 tablespoonbaking powder
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1/2 teaspooncinnamon
  • 1 tablespoonvanilla essence

    Mix your flour,sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and salt

    Add your milk and egg,whisk to form a thick nice paste

    Grease your pan with some oil,and pour a small amount of your mixture..cook one side and when the base firms up,flip and cook the other side.
