Clean and wash mutton pieces and add the ginger garlic, salt, turmeric.

Add red chilli and mix well and rest for an hour.

After an hour transfer everything into cooker and cook till done. Add 1/2 glass water.

When the pressure is released open the lid. If there is water left cook till dry. Take a kadai and add oil,when it's hot enough add the mutton pieces and get in medium flame.

Add curry leaves, red chilli and pepper powder.

Add slit green chillies, kasuri methi and lemon juice. Mix well and fry till crisp.

Yummy tala hua gosht is ready.Serve with rice and hyderabadi dal.
