Wash green chillies properly and let it dry completely.

Cut them from centre so that the material gets into it.

Heat mustard oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds,chillies, Salt and turmeric powder to it..Cook it for 2-3mintues.

Turn off the gas stove. Let it cool down. Add 1spoon apple vinegar to it. Mix it well.Then store it in a glass jar.You can use it for 3-4 months.
