Healthy Blueberry Muffins

My youngest started her weaning journey this month and she's been off to a flying start with food. These muffins are perfect for her little hands to hold.
They are completely sugar free so do bear in mind that they are not sweet. My oldest wasn't keen on them but after I buttered the top and sprinkled them with a little sugar he ate them no problem.
