  • 1/4 kgliver
  • 1 pcTomato
  • 1 pcOnion
  • Cucumber
  • Coriander
  • Mixed spices
  • Tumeric
  • Salt
  • Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the liver into small pieces

    Boil for 10minutes

  3. 3

    Add cooking oil once water dries up

  4. 4

    Add Onions, mixed spices and salt

  5. 5

    Fry for a minute then add tomatoes

  6. 6

    Let it cook then add capsicum

    Add coriander and remove it from heat

  8. 8

    Serve with ugali and kales
