Steps

First grease the cup cake mould with oil and dust with mix of cocoa and wheat flour.

Then mix sugar and oil in a bowl.

At this time in a small bowl mix milk and lemon juice keep this also asidefor 5minutes.

To the mix of oil and sugar add dry ingredients by sieving all together.This I have done in batches by adding milk mix and dry ingredients to thebowl

Combine them and make a smooth batter.

Transfer them to mould.Fill half of the mould and bake for 5_8minutes in oven.I have done in preheated kadai by adding salt at bottom of kadai allow to medium flame.

Do icing of your preference.
