This is a healthy cake recipe I made using jaggery and whole wheat flour.

Soak all the nuts and dried fruits in grape juice for 15 to 20 minutes.

Melt the jaggery with a little water, then add the ghee or butter and beat until light.

Add the orange zest, vanilla extract, and condensed milk to the jaggery mixture and beat well.

Sift together all the dry ingredients, then add them to the wet mixture and beat until smooth with no lumps.

Add the soaked dried fruit mixture to the batter. If the batter is too thick, gradually mix in milk as needed.

Pour the batter into a greased cake tin and sprinkle extra dried fruits on top.

Place the tin in a preheated heavy-bottomed pan (kadhai) and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

Insert a toothpick to check doneness; if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.

Dust the cake with powdered sugar and decorate with strawberries.
