Wash, Clean, Boil & Mash the Potatoes to a smooth paste- set aside

In a frying pan/wok, over the medium flame: Add in the Butter & chopped garlic & sauté gently- when it releases nice aroma- add in the finely chopped chives & sauté

Now, pour in the milk to it & cook nicely for a minute then, add in the mashed potatoes & mix everything well together until nicely combined, add in the salt & the mixed herbs too- Break the lumps (if any)

Add in the sliced cheese to make it even more creamier & richer...finally, as the mixture starts leaving the wok/pan, turn off the flame & dish out immediately

Transfer it to a serving platter...garnish with a dollop of butter, a pinch of black peppers & a bit more chopped coriander & ENJOY 😋
