Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1Hanpen
  • 2Green onion or scallions
  • 1 tspor less Mayonnaise
  • 1 dashOkonomiyaki sauce
  • 1 dashAonori

Steps

  1. 1

    Using your fingers, mash the hanpen in the unopened package.

  2. 2

    Slice the green onion and mix with the hanpen and mayonnaise in a deep container.

  3. 3

    Roll into balls and fry in oil. When they're done, top with okonomiyaki sauce and sprinkle with aonori.

  4. 4

    They're done!
